Safety

The HDBC Safety Team seeks to keep our church family safe from external or internal threats. We are aware that outside physical attacks upon the church are rare and extremely unlikely. However, we provide security through a uniformed office on duty each Sunday. Additionally we have a group of men who serve provide security throughout the church. We are also aware that threats can come from sexual predators and abusers. Our safety team are trained to watch for the signs that could indicate a potential abuse situation and they take steps to address such situations. We believe we must protect the most vulnerable among us.
