What are Small Groups?
Small Groups provide an opportunity for Fellowship, Bible Study, Ministry and Evangelism. Most small groups meet on Sunday mornings. Others meet on Wednesday night or at alternate times.
How may I join?
Anyone can be a member of one of our Small Groups. Simply start attending one of our small groups, check with a member of our staff, or speak with a greeter in our foyer.
Sunday Morning Groups

College/Young Adult
This class is for college aged students and young adults and it meets in room 18 and is co-led by the Maxwells and Whitlatches.
Young Families
This class is for young adults who establishing what their life will look like in the future. Many of the people who attend this class have children ranging from nursery through kids ministry. This class meets in room 16 and is led by Ben Neiser.
Established Adults
This class is for adults who have become established in their life. Many of the people who attend this class are settled in their career and have teenage children. This class meets in room 24 and is led by Michael Wyatt.
Overcomer
This class is for adults who have/are overcoming adversity in their lives (such as divorce, being widowed, etc...) and are looking for community. This class meets in room 22 and is led by John and Karen Benson.
EmpowHer
This class is for ladies who want to grow spiritually and do life together to be healed, esteemed, and redeemed. The life stage of this class varies. The class meets in the library and is led by Sebrena Coleman and Claudia Brown.
Students
Small groups for students (7-12 grade) take place at that AO house located just west of our main building. The adults who lead these small groups care about teenagers and want to walk with them spiritually.

Co-Ed 35-55
This class is for people between the age of 35-55. It is led by Rick McKinney and meets in room 18.
Co-Ed 50-65
This class is for people between the ages of 50-65. It meets in room 24 and is led by Jeff Gregory.
Co-Ed 62-73
This class is for people between the age of 62-73. It meets in room 16 and is led by Earl Wilson.
Co-Ed 65+
This class is for people above the age of 65. It meets in room 20 and is led by Gary Eubanks.
Co-Ed 65+
This class is for people above the age of 65. It meets inroom 25 and is led by Tom Brown
Sunshine
This class is for ladies above the age of 70. It meets in room 22 and is led by Glenda Cheatham and Myra Taylor.
Encouragers
This class is for ladies above the age of 40. It meets in room 23 and is led by Jan Hutchison.
Joy
This class is for ladies above the age of 60. It meets in the conference room located across the hall from the main office and is led by Barb Lossing.
Wednesday Night Groups
Young Married
This class is for young married couples without children. They are working to establish their new lives together as husbands and wives. This class meets in A/O House, which is located west of our main facilities on Harrisburg road. It is led by Patrick and Karen Reddick and meets Wednesday evenings at 6:30.
Young Adults
This class is for young adults establishing what their life will look like in the future. Many of the people who attend this class have children ranging from nursery through kids ministry. This class meets in room 16 and is led by Marty and Nancy Scarbrough and meets on Wednesday evenings at 6:30.
Off Campus Group
Emerging Adults
This class is for young adults who are entering adulthood and building their future. The class meets on Sunday's at noon at the home of Chris and Michelle Leggett who are the leaders of this class
