Steps toward membership

The following four steps need to be completed in order to become an active member of Highland Drive Baptist Church.

• Personal Salvation
  You must confirm that you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation and have made a
  commitment of your life to His Lordship.
   

• Biblical Baptism
  Biblical baptism is defined as water baptism by immersion after salvation as a testimony of salvation.
  If you have not already experienced this, you will need to schedule a time for baptism.
   

• HD Ready Class
  HD Ready is designed to give you the minimum information needed in order to make a decision

Request for Membership

To indicate your desire for membership at HDBC, please contact our pastor. He is available at the completion of the message during each Sunday worship celebration. You may also contact him at johnny@hdbc.org. You will be introduced to the church as a candidate for membership.  Church membership will become a reality upon your completion of the four steps to membership listed above.

Membership steps may be completed before or after your request for membership.
